In some company decisions, the financial advisor and the lawyer need to work together.

You do not know whether the transaction you are going to undertake is just an accounting matter or an issue that requires legal support.
You don't need to know all the details. Explaining your situation in your own words is enough to start.
What we do for you

What happens after the conversation?
You will clearly learn the work to be done, the documents required and the next step. We separately specify the tasks that Gökalp Certified Public Accountancy will perform and the issues that require another authorized expert. This way, you don't have to follow the process alone. We also clarify from the beginning that the decision of the institution, bank, permission or incentive is not ours.
